Delivery Terms

Home Delivery via Courier Service
Orders are delivered to your home via a courier service. If the selected product(s) are available in stock, the customer has the option to choose a delivery date when placing the order. If immediate delivery of the product(s) is not possible, we will inform you of the expected delivery date via email or phone.
Please note that for home delivery, the webshop may charge a handling fee, and we will provide specific information about the amount before finalizing the order.

In case of unsuccessful delivery
If the courier service is unable to deliver the package, they will leave a notification and attempt to redeliver the package once. Deliveries occur on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available during this time period.
